How It Works   
 
1.      Locate Website Payment Link
  To make an online payment, a patient first locates the link or button on your website that will send them to the secure web payment pages hosted by Vanco. Your practice will customize this link or button with, "Make An Online Payment", "Pay Online" or some similar label.
 
2.      Enter the Payment
  On the secure web payment pages, which will be customized by Vanco to look like your website, the patient simply enters the payment information and then submits the payment.
 
3.      Confirm
  After a payment has been submitted, a printer-friendly confirmation page appears. Vanco can also send an email confirmation if a patient provides a valid email address.
 
4.      Process
  Once a payment has been submitted, the funds are directed to your bank account per normal direct debit or credit card processing timelines.
 
5.      View Report
  Website payments appear on your Vanco deposit report confirming the total amount to be deposited into your account.

Is it expensive to get started?
Our service is very affordable compared to what a web design company would charge or the time and resources it would take to create web payment pages within your practice. We do not charge a setup fee for basic web payment pages. Vanco will provide a price quote if additional customization is needed beyond the basic payment pages.

Yes, Vanco's web payment pages are very secure. We meet the highest security standards in the industry.
 
Do my patients get receipts?
Yes, a confirmation page appears after a payment is submitted. An individual patient can print the confirmation page for proof of his or her payment. Vanco can also send an email confirmation if a patient provides a valid email address.
 
Can we accept credit and debit cards via our website?
Yes. The type of payment that you can accept on your website depends on which payment processing solutions your practice utilizes. For example, you can accept card payments if you have signed up for our Credit & Debit Card solution. You can also accept payments directly from checking and saving accounts if you have signed up for our Direct Debit solution.
 
Can my patients set up recurring payments as well as one-time payments?
Yes. Your web payment pages can be set up with any payment frequencies that you want to offer.
