Hi, my name is Martha. I am the proud mum of five grown kids. I have 12 grand kids so far and am hoping for more. While raising the kids, so many years ago, I also spent a lot of time supporting my husband's business. My late husband was a doctor who ran a small clinic. Always eager for something to keep my mind fresh, I decided to start a blog. In this blog, I am going to take what I learned helping my husband and blend it with new ideas and research.
